Welcome to our contact page. Our hours of contact are between 9.15am and 4.15pm Monday to Friday apart from National Holidays.
If your enquiry relates to a delivery please do everything to work with the courier company first. Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery from order confirmation before contacting us regarding a shipment. Check the tracking email or text which is sent when a parcel is dispatched. This will be sent to your mobile phone. Orders missing mobile phone numbers get notifications through email. Please ensure you have worked with the courier companies as best you can before dialling as we will only have the same information as you once your parcel has left our warehouse.
