To make a return please send an email with the invoice number and reason for return to help@happydonkey.co.uk
You will then be supplied with a returns number and address to return the goods to.
Please note the address for returns will differ depending on the product.
All returns will be subject to the conditions set out in the sale of goods act or most relevant act at the time.
Regardless of these acts we do operate a no fuss return process but please be reasonable.
We do not accept returns of perishable goods, coffee or hot chocolate for instance.
