The coffee is amazing. We have tried many many types and come back to the Classic Italian blend. We really miss it when we are away but its always nice to try other things of course. Please don’t change the classic Italian blend 🙏 The other Happy Donkey coffee beams are also great but the Classic is our go-to every time.

I called Happy Donkey because I was after a particular type of coffee and they were extremely helpful with recommending a blend and giving advice on how to grind it. Great service, thank you

Ive been fortunate to try several of the different blends offered by Cool Beans Coffee, but, I must admit, this has been my favourite! (So much so, I drank some before even taking a picture!) I’ve really been enjoying these Caramels Prestige Reserve coffee beans. They smell absolutely delicious as soon as you open the bag and that carries through into the cup- you even get that gorgeous smell in the travel mug (that’s needed each day for work!) It’s a Roast Level 3, so it’s nice and smooth without being too strong or bitter. You still get a proper coffee flavour, with hints of milk chocolate, toasted hazelnuts and caramel, plus a lovely brown sugar sweetness at the end. If you’re after a smooth, easy-drinking coffee with plenty of flavour, I’d definitely recommend giving these a try. I’ll happily be buying them again!

We have been a customer for 5years, great service and even better beans. So much so, that we can’t drink from high street chains any more. Coffee at home is a million times better. Thanks so much.
