Description

Two-Powder Cleaning System — How It Works

The alkaline/acid cyclical regimen tackles both organic residues and mineral deposits:

  • Days 1–5: Use one blue alkaline sachet to dissolve milk fat, protein, and biofilm
  • Day 6: Use one red acid sachet to remove limescale and neutralise alkaline residue
  • Repeat continuously for ongoing milk circuit protection

What It Cleans

The alkaline (blue) sachets remove milk fat, protein deposits, bacteria, and biofilm. The acid (red) sachets remove limescale, mineral deposits, and corrosion-causing residues — delivering complete hygiene that a single-formula powder cannot achieve.

Why Daily Cleaning Matters

Fresh milk residues accumulate within hours in warm environments — whether in a busy commercial kitchen or a home setting. Following the 6-day cyclical cleaning programme supports HACCP-based food hygiene management in commercial environments and maintains hygienic drink quality at home. Regular cleaning also prevents blocked or corroded milk circuits — one of the most common causes of costly coffee machine repairs.
